Riftbound Realms is a browser RPG on Robinhood Chain. You can start free as a guest, walk the 2.5D realm, gather resources, fight monsters, craft gear, join boss events, use companions, and connect a wallet when you need ETH actions like Genesis minting, Diamonds, or marketplace trading.

How a new player enters

Open the game

Go to play.ryhood.com/play and choose Play as Guest. No wallet or download is needed.

Save your realm key

Guest progress uses a realm key. Save it if you want to recover the account on another device.

Learn the map

Move with WASD, arrows, or tap. Use E near glowing nodes, monsters, NPCs, portals, and bosses.

Connect wallet later

Connect when minting Genesis, buying Diamonds, topping up ETH, or trading through the marketplace.

World systems

What you actually do in the realm

Farming

Fields and herbs feed cooking, companion treats, land loops, and Verdant-focused economy routes.

Fishing

AFK-friendly water activity. Fish reels in over time without energy while standing still.

Mining

Ore, geodes, crystals, and gem chains power smithing, sockets, and high-value crafting.

Woodcutting

Wood routes support weapons, shields, talismans, and later guild or land projects.

Hunting

Combat packs give XP, monster drops, injury risk, and gear pressure.

Crafting

The Rift Forge turns resources into food, gear, Realm Gems, companion treats, and eggs.

World Boss

Rift Incursions are shared HP events. Damage contribution creates reward share and social spikes.

Marketplace

Players list eligible gear and item stacks. ETH settles wallet-to-wallet with a 1% protocol fee.

Energy rule: most active actions cost energy. Free players hold a pool of 500 energy that refills in 30 minutes; AFK fishing is intentionally idle-friendly and costs none. Genesis holders act energy-free (unlimited), but the daily XP cap (1,000) and rare-drop cap (10/day), marketplace rules, and anti-abuse checks keep the economy from turning into unlimited farming.

Permanent lifetime milestones across gathering, combat, and trade. Each tier pays Diamonds and the top tiers grant a title.

A realm-wide buff rotates every few hours — bonus XP, rare-find surges, resource booms, or blood-moon hunts.

A login-streak reward cycle. Genesis holders also collect their per-rarity Diamond stipend on each claim.

Lv 1Farm, fish, mine, move zones, gather starter materials.

Lv 3Crafting starts to matter: food, bars, starter gear, and resource conversion.

Lv 5Combat loop opens: monster packs, HP, injury cooldown, and drop pressure.

Lv 8Marketplace access becomes relevant for eligible items and gear.

HealthSurvive combat. Hitting zero creates an injury cooldown.

Gear matters because it opens harder zones, improves efficiency under caps, and becomes a product players can craft, enhance, socket, list, buy, and sell. High-tier enhancement consumes materials, Realm Gems, boss catalysts, and Protection Runes.

Economy

Currency, sinks, and marketplace flow

ETH

Used for Genesis mint, Diamond top-ups, and marketplace settlement on Robinhood Chain.

Diamonds

Premium off-chain currency. Non-tradeable, non-withdrawable, used for shop utility and Rift Summon.

Gold

Earned in-game and used for vendor costs, repairs, crafting fees, and normal progression.

Resources

Gathered from zones, consumed by crafting, repairs, gear, companions, guilds, and sinks.

Realm Gems

Rare crafted gems that socket into gear and support enhancement or endgame builds.

Boss Catalysts

Scarce boss materials used for high-tier enhancement and prestige crafting routes.

Item and material codex

What drops, what it becomes, and why it matters

Every material needs a sink. The live game uses drops for food, gear, Realm Gems, companion growth, gear sockets, enhancement, boss progression, and marketplace supply.

Rare drops

Rare-tier drops are the scarce end of every gather/hunt table (capped at 10/day, boosted by Luck and Genesis rarity). They feed the highest recipes — Realm Gems, endgame gear, companion eggs, and boss routes. Look for these:

Tradeability rules

Fully open market

Every inventory item is listable — farmed, fished, mined, hunted, crafted, food, gear, gems, companion treats, and even Rift Summon utility and cosmetics.

Item stacks

List a stack at your price; it locks from your inventory while active and settles wallet-to-wallet in ETH with a 1% fee.

Gear listings

Enhanced or socketed gear lists as unique gear instances, locked while active, then settled in ETH.

Diamonds stay bound

Only Diamonds themselves are non-tradeable and non-withdrawable — they are the in-game premium currency, bought with ETH, spent in-game.

Genesis Characters are a fixed collection of 3,333 NFTs on Robinhood Chain, minting live now. Phase 1 opens 1,333 at 0.002 ETH; Phase 2 raises the cumulative cap to 3,333 at 0.005 ETH. Max 5 per wallet, provenance hash locked on-chain, rarity distribution published below. Minting creates a permanent on-chain character identity for the game.

Diamonds and Rift Summon

Diamonds

Diamonds are bought with ETH and credited in-game. They are used for shop utility, summons, protection, convenience, and cosmetics. They are not tradeable, not withdrawable, and not a direct earning instrument.

Rift Summon

Rift Summon uses published, exact odds and pity counters. Contents are utility materials, protection items, companion shards, titles, and cosmetics — all of which can now be traded on the player marketplace. Diamonds are a game currency, not an investment; play responsibly.
